2026 Christmas Show: Registration

We’re so excited to welcome our students to this year’s Plymouth Cheerleaders Christmas Showcase — a wonderful opportunity for our students to take to the stage, perform for their family, and celebrate everything they’ve been working on so far this season!

📍 Venue: Stoke Damerel, Plymouth

⭐ Mandatory Rehearsal: Saturday 12th December 2026

🎄 Show Day: Sunday 13th December 2026

We will be running two performances on Sunday 13th December — a morning show and an afternoon show — with students split evenly between the two performances.

REGISTRATION

To take part in our Christmas Showcase, all students must be pre-registered via our Shop Store by the 15th October. A £10 registration fee applies, which secures your child’s place in the showcase. *This fee is non-refundable*. There are no additional fees. 

MORNING OR AFTERNOON SHOW ALLOCATION

To keep allocation fair and balanced across all of our classes, we’re unfortunately unable to accept individual requests for specific show times. However, siblings will always be allocated to the same performance. Once registration has closed, the full morning and afternoon allocations will be shared.

We understand that, once allocations are released, the performance allocated may not work for every family. If you are able to arrange a swap directly with another student who has been allocated to the opposite performance, we will be happy to accommodate this. Any agreed swaps must be submitted to us by mid-November. After this point, show formations and positioning will be created based on the confirmed performers in each show, meaning we will unfortunately be unable to make any further changes.

AUDIENCE TICKETS

Once performance allocations have been released, families will be able to purchase audience tickets for their allocated show. Tickets will go on sale on the 19th October.

MANDATORY REHEARSAL – Saturday 12th December

All students taking part must attend the half-day mandatory rehearsal on Saturday 12th December at Stoke Damerel. This is an important part of preparing for the showcase and gives students the opportunity to learn their formations, familiarise themselves with the stage and venue, and rehearse alongside the other groups appearing in their performance. Attendance at the rehearsal is required in order to perform in the Christmas Showcase on Sunday.

Full rehearsal timings will be confirmed in the Christmas Showcase Pack.

COSTIMES

Students will perform in their Plymouth Cheerleaders uniforms, so there is no requirement to purchase an additional costume for the showcase — helping us to keep things as simple and affordable as possible for families.

FURTHER INFORMATION

A full Showcase Pack will be shared following show allocation, including rehearsal and show-day timings, arrival information, performance arrangements, audience ticket information and everything else you’ll need to know for the weekend.
