Plymouth Cheerleaders reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page of the Site. Some of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to keep up to date with any changes to them.

This Site is operated by Plymouth Cheerleaders. This Site is subject to regular update and revision. While we attempt to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all material posted on the Site, we take no responsibility for errors or omissions which are the result of circumstances outside our control, technical causes, or otherwise, nor will we be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We maintain the right to delete or modify the content, presentation, performance, facilities and availability of all or part of this Site without notice. We do not guarantee that material on this Site will be free from a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other technologically harmful material that may have contaminating or destructive properties. It is your responsibility to take protective steps such as installing virus checking software.

  4. Accuracy – We take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data accurate and up to date.
  5. Retention of data – We will take all reasonable steps to retain data only for the duration of the purpose for which it was obtained. When requested, we will delete personal data from current operational systems where it is no longer required. However we may need to continue to hold some details about you after your relationship with us has ended, for example for legal and regulatory purposes.
  6. Your rights – We will take all reasonable steps to uphold your rights to protect your personal data, including the right to obtain information on, update or amend any personal data on you which we hold.
  7. This Site uses third party web traffic analysis which uses cookies, which will be placed on your PC. The information collected is anonymous and is used to improve your experience in using this Site. No personal data is collected. This Site will continue to work if you choose to block cookies in your web browser.
  8. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of the DART cookie which enables it to serve ads on this website. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you agree that the other provisions of these conditions will remain in full force and effect in so far as possible.

Non-waiver

Our failure to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Plymouth Cheerleaders concerning access to and use of the Site. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms and conditions in any other relevant country.

 

Ordering from our online shop:

PRICE – As stated next to the item, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

PAYMENT METHOD – We accept bank transfer only. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

DELIVERY – Delivery (where applicable) is via the UK postal service second class recorded. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days. Please note that there are some products that we do not ship to certain destinations.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER – If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing we will make enquiries with the postal service. Please allow up to 28 days for a resolution.

FAULTY GOODS RETURNS – We would only refund/exchange if there is a manufacturing fault. It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address; order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. You may return your goods (unworn) within 28 days of purchase and we will refund you the price of the goods and postage. Faulty goods or goods which do not comply to the contract.

DISTANCE SELLING – You have the right to cancel your goods 7 working days after the day in which you receive the goods. You must inform us in writing or in another durable medium such as email, we will not accept cancellations via telephone. A full refund including postage will be refunded within 30 days at the latest. Please ensure that you return the goods back to Plymouth Cheerleaders. Faulty goods or goods do not comply to the contract, Plymouth Cheerleaders will cover the costs of the return postage. You (the consumer) are responsible for the cost of the return postage, in the event you wish to return the goods.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY – It is our policy never to sell or pass on your name and address to other organisations. You will never receive “junk mail” as a result of ordering from Plymouth Cheerleaders store.

SECURE ONLINE ORDERING – All online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Your information is encrypted by Secure Hosting to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – this means your personal information is always secure and encrypted. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.

COPYRIGHT ALL RIGHTS RESERVED – Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, selecting products and ordering from us, is strictly prohibited. Any framing of this website is prohibited.

LEGAL – The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
